Crown City Krooks, a rock and roll trio from Los Angeles, CA. produces authentic rock and roll music true to the uncomplicated roots of the genre. CCK turned to SICKBOAT to strategize, design, and develop a renewed brand identity, album artwork, music video, responsive website, and social media strategy – all methodically packaged around a successful Kickstarter Campaign. Sickboat’s approach was on a single strategic insight – social impact. We leveraged a total of 13 people and 7 social platforms to raise funds. We focused on winning at our own game by pinpointing our target audience and crafting an authentic story with video production and photo content.
