How To Add Video into the Screen of any 3D Device in After Effects:

Step 1: Open the 3D Device Animation Sequences of your choice - Mobile, Tablet, Laptop, or Desktop.
Step 2: Double Click on the Screen Pre-Composition Layer in the timeline.
Step 3: Drop your media into the Screen composition and reposition / scale accordingly. And the video automagically registers in the screen of the device composition / sequence.
Step 4: Export ProRes 4444 with Alpha Layer.
