How To Create Mixed Media Art in Photoshop:
- Step 1: Double Click on the "Media Placeholder" smart layer and drop your photo into the composition.
- Step 2: Scale and reposition the image accordingly.
- Step 3: Change the blending mode of the texture overlay and reposition to personal desire.
- Step 4: Command S to Save. The image automagically registers in the image smart layer.
- Step 5: Customize the template, by repositioning and rescaling any of the design elements, image placeholders, and text layers to personal desire.
- Step 6: Export the image. File > Save As.
